There are also filters like Top Rated and Best Sellers that can help you narrow down your list of candidates. You might even notice some having a Legiit Checked badge for certain services, showing you which people were reviewed by the platform for quality.

The Toptal team does a good job of hand-selecting candidates based on your needs. It won’t force you to search for candidates yourself.
Uplers

Uplers allows you to hire and manage freelancers in India, which is great for those looking for talent in that corner of the world. The platform relies on AI and humans to find suitable candidates within 48 hours. Uplers claims to be able to assess thousands of profiles and narrow them down to 5 for you to review.
This marketplace also advertises a lifetime free replacement guarantee. That means if a talent doesn’t work out, it’ll help you replace it with another. This platform focuses more on engineering and marketing talents.
One of the few downsides is that Uplers may not be suited for those working in drastically different time zones.
MarketerHire

MarketerHire is a good alternative if you’re looking to hire SEO specialists. Their candidates are pre-vetted as well, which should give you peace of mind. Talents on the site can work full-time, part-time, hourly, or on a per-project basis. That gives you some flexibility. The site claims that it’ll only take you 3 to 5 days to hire a marketer.
The platform advertises free rematching and no termination fees. You’ll also have access to your own project manager. That makes it easier to build out an entire team if you wish to do so.
